Coronado 2014

We love being able to drive to the beach!  Tim's family has a great tradition of going to Coronado for a week in August and even though Macy just started school we took off for a long weekend to join the family.  

The weather was incredible and the people amazing.  It was a much needed reprieve from the heat!

Kensie got her first taste of the beach (in more ways than one).

Macy loved the ocean.  She's been a little fearful up until this point but this year she was in heaven.

Our little Sydney never has any fear anyway and loved playing on the beach and in the ocean.

Sunday after church we took a short (which ended up being a longer) walk to a park down by the marina. It was gorgeous!

The second day on the beach Kensie roamed free and enjoyed herself immensely. 

We built a few sandcastles

Overall, I would say that Coronado was a success!  We're looking forward to many more years of family traditions.
