Halloween

Syd was set and determined to be a witch this year (just like gracie's mom she told me) and as such we turned to dad to come up with an idea for the other two girls.  In rolls, the raven and the black cat and we have the three cute black creatures.  I know their matching costumes won't last forever but we will definitely enjoy it while it lasts.  Kensie was super excited to be the little kitty cat (surprising since she always wants to have puppy hair at this stage) and wore her kitty tail around the house for days.  Macy loved prancing around in her raven costume and even settled for some makeup; just not mascara.  She hates the stuff. And Syd rode her broom around the house for days getting ready for her witch costume.  

We had a great time at our annual block party followed by trick or treating.  Kensie loved every minute and still talks about trick or treat.  "Me love trick or treat." Syd went trick or treating with Gracie and we found them wandering the streets with a neighbor.  They apparently thought that they were old enough to go trick or treating by themselves.  "Let's pretend that we're six, cause that's old enough to go trick or treating by ourselves."  It's a good thing we live in a safe neighborhood.  

Macy had a blast with her friends and even broke the traditional rules and hit a few houses a few times.   Oops!
