Arizona Vacation
We got to visit Grandpa Decker for the first time since he moved to his new home. (He is in a special area for Alzheimer's patients.) When we walked in with Macy we got ambushed by a dozen little old ladies who began cheek pinching, getting dolls to play with, and claiming/confusing us with their own grand children. Although grandpa's condition has really worsened, he took to Macy quite easily entertaining her with song and dance.
We made a stop at the cabin with Dave's new family (he recently got married to Jinjer... with Stephanie, Hayden, and Sam in tow). Matt brought his bobs (boots), we axed down a tree, broke some horseshoes, and you can't forget the revonruts (Tim's family secret -- Turnovers).

The highlight of Tim's week began when we crossed the creek to the cabin and noticed a small school of trout swimming in three foot deep water. With no fishing pole to be found and Tim and Matt eager to use their axe, they each constructed a hunting spear (they really looked like cavemen). After about a half hour of playing in the creek, excitement brewed, and proved their manhood proudly raising up two trout on their spears. It wasn't that tasty but the thrill of the kill was worth the effort.
Each day was jam packed with fun. We spent hours in the pool (head ball anyone?), Tim took me to Sun Splash for the first time, the boys broke the tramp playing Dead Witch, took Macy to the temple, and played pickle on the slip and slide.
