Moses Lake Spring Festival

Meghan, Jade, and I started off our Saturday with a little 10K action at the Moses Lake Fun Run.  It felt so great to be able to run again and to find some awesome running buddies. Running is always more fun with a great friend by your side. Meghan and I finished our race in one hour and four minutes, passing our best time during training by over ten minutes!  

Tim came and met up with me after the race was over and we headed over to enjoy the festivities.  

 Macy had a blast coloring in the road.  She would have stayed there all day!  We ran into the other Schmidt's in our ward, Diane and Witten.  These kiddos could be twins. 

We couldn't finished out the day without a little classic car show.  Tim's favorite this year was the 1959 Corvette... which retails for only $150,000.  It was a sweet car!  The bumblebee Camaro pictured above is one of Tim's coworkers Brett Pack, complete with his son, Jordan, with a bumbleblee mask from Transformers.
