Sydney's 1st Birthday Party!

My sweet little Sydney turned one yesterday! To celebrate, we invited a few friends over to party with us. 

 The birthday girl!

 To start off the day we had to open her birthday outfit. Rainbow leggings to go with her rainbow theme. I love it!

 The happy big sister. Macy was an awesome friend today. She was so excited for Sydney's birthday and kept telling Syd all day. Happy Birthday to you and could hardly contain her excitement to have cake and open presents.

 We had some fun decorations and delicious food!  Thank you pinterest for all of the ideas.

Syd had a great time destroying hers. 

Happy Birthday little girl! We love you and are so happy to have you in our lives.

(12 month update in a couple days after she has her doctor's appointment.)

St. Patty's Play Group

For playgroup this week, we celebrated St. Patrick's Day!

 We started with some fun fruit loop necklaces. Yummy!

 Had some delicious rainbows and gold, complete with cupcakes!

 Do you know how hard it is to get this many kids to sit still for a picture? Whew... it makes me tired just thinking about it.

Church

A couple pictures of my girls this morning before church. I just love these girls! I can't believe that Syd is turning one in a week. When did she get so big?

Wenatchee Wilds

Last Saturday we drove to Wenatchee for some awesome hockey! It's been a while since we've been to a game and we all had a blast!!! It reminded me of the good old days with Calie and Ant in Portland. It's something we will definitely have to do again.

Squid the Kid

 Syd was so proud of herself for this one! Once she had pulled everything out from underneath the sink, she turned it into her own little hideout. 

Syd and her little friend Eithan playing the piano after dinner one night. They are such good friends and love to follow each other around. 

Macy's Bike

After months and months of Macy asking to ride the bikes at Walmart every time we went shopping, we broke down and bought her own little barbie bike!  I knew she would like it but had no idea how much she would LOVE it!  Her bike is the newest decor to the inside of our house. Macy loves to ride her bike and is content most of the day to ride it in circles inside the house.
