Gilbert Temple Open House

I love being able to take my kids to the temple and I love that they love going.  With the opening of the new Gilbert Temple, we spent our Friday afternoon walking through the three story beauty. A special way to spend our evening.

Kensie is becoming quite the smiler lately and we love trying to catch them on camera.  Most of the time we miss them just barely but they're still stinkin' adorable. 

But this was the best thing to wake up to!  Loving our smiley Kensie.

Double Play At Cub's Stadium

Take me out to the ball game... 

With the opening of the Cub's new spring training facility in Mesa, the park put on a huge party.  Adjacent to the stadium is a brand-new fantastic park that the girls are going to adore.  They have new innovative toys, a spider climbing wall, a rock wall, and multiple slides, a zip-line, and a splash pad.  It was awesome! We can't wait to utilize the park all summer long and go see a Cub's Game.

Nerd

Our big nerd was so excited to get his new loopes and light that he put them on to watch a movie with me.  I love that he loves his career choice, the offices that he works at, and his patients.  

Two Months

Kensie turned two months old!  She is such a sweetheart and is a very well behaved girl.  Other than the cold that she has had for the past month, she is the perfect baby.  

Her little cold has been causing her to throw-up mucus but we keep hoping that it will go away and here's to more hoping.  She sleeps decently when she doesn't wake up coughing but occasionally has a few rough nights where she is up almost every hour.  We've been through the works with her with breathing treatments due to bronchulititis and now ranitidine for some acid reflux (hoping to help with the acid in her tummy when she throws up and to make her more comfortable) but mostly it is just laundry and more laundry to clean up after our poor little girl.

Kensie weighed 11 lbs 2 oz at her last doctor's appointment (50th percentile) but is also tall at (75th to 90th percentile).  We love our little angel.  She has no schedule still but is starting to give us big happy grins and coo a little bit.  

She seems to be staying pretty little (mostly due to the throwing up) and is still wearing 0-3 month clothes at this point. (Definitely smaller than both Macy and Sydney). 

 Kensie has some crazy hair (and most of the time it just made crazier with a fake mohawk that Tim gives her). 

We love our little angel and can't wait for her to get better.

It's not possible to just take a picture of Kensie in our house.  You pull out the camera and the other two girls come running and try to get in the pictures too.  They just love their sister that much (or the camera)!
